2. Only downside is no pool, and need to plan ahead for dinner of not using kitchen since restaurants are further away in the evening except pubs.

3. So now the downsides - cafes and bakeries close pretty early on a weekend, but there are a lot of restaurants about 5 or 10 minutes walk away.

4. The only downside is that there is no pool, but after sightseeing around the museums and monuments and DC all day, there is really no time to swim anyway.

5. The only downside to the rooms were the ceiling in the bathroom had some type of past water damage that was moldy and the air conditioner in the bedroom was loud.

8. The only downside is all the rooms have only single queen bed, so if two persons plan to share the room be prepared to sleep (on very comfortable) L-shaped couch.
