2. Probably the worst thing about this experience, is that I never even bothered to check out the hotel on trip advisor, because I was confident that the Ritz brand was somewhat consistent in delivering a product and service.

After a week or so I noticed housekeeping women does their work differentlyProblems: Depends when you are staying, there can be some VIP guests (head of states, ministers etc) staying in the same hotel, in the worst case hotel may be crowded with secret service and body guards with guns and you cannot get away from it.
