1. When we returned that day, we saw many other clients shuttling all through the same area, leading us to believe that the 'security issue' was no more than an overbooking or an attempt to please another, more important client.

3. Another small issue was that housekeeping actually bothered my day by asking what time I wanted the room made up -- my preference is that they do not call if I keep the do not disturb sign up.

10. Really? What year is this?MAJOR ISSUE:Although quoted the rack rate, I was told by the concierge that if there were no shows for the conference, I would be alotted the conference rate.
