1. My only two shortcomings are the unattended annoying business centre and the habit of the aircon to turn on and off disturbing your sleep.

3. Another small issue was that housekeeping actually bothered my day by asking what time I wanted the room made up -- my preference is that they do not call if I keep the do not disturb sign up.

4. As far as service, when I arrived, there was not a 'do not disturb' sign to display on my door and I called and requested one, which never arrived.
