The hotel staff are quite nice but the staff in the Dubliner restaurant, which Phoenix Park Hotel owns, are an absolute nightmare, they all treat you horribly, if you are there with a group that has an agenda that they don't agree with, they treat you especially horribly, and when you complain to the manager, the manager sides with the staff.
