The walls were filthy and the wallpaper was
peeling
, there was touch up paint on some spots of the ceiling that were a different color than the ceiling was making it look dingy.

Room was fair at best with very dusty uncleaned heating vent,
peeling
wallpaper and crown molding on the ceiling that was pulling off.

The room seemed clean but the wallpaper was already
peeling
