9. The only minor negative I have was that there are no ice machines, but each day I called for ice and it was brought to my room in about 5 minutes.

10. the only negative was the dining room where it seemed that whoever was in charge had never worked in a hotel dining room; a 15 minute wait for coffee (which was offered free in a coffee bar at the entry to the room, but for which they charged at the table) followed by mediocre food.
