3. unfortunately we got to test out the evacuation procedures at 3 am when the fire alarm went off but that was nobody's fault.

4. Our experience summary:- Room is clean- Bed is comfortable- Free wifi- we arrived after midnight from LA and unfortunately, room service ended at 10pm.

5. There is a nice patio area where you can eat your lunch unfortunately for me it rained every single day so i did not personally enjoy the patio.

6. unfortunately it is also situated near the rail road where a lot of trains pass by or stop in the early morning/night and they make this annoying 'honking' sound while you are asleep and of course, afterwards, awake.

7. unfortunately, the area of Washington where the hotel is located is not a favourable place for strolls after sunset, so I recommend you take a cab to reach your destinations after dark.

8. There was a mirror in the bedroom, which would have been awesome to use to 'get ready' while someone else was in the bathroom, but unfortunately there was a big tv mounted to the credenza blocking it.

9. Clean, A/C worked fine (it was 100 degrees every day), there was a nice out door seating area, unfortunately, it was too hot to sit out there.
