1. The staff were great and very helpful in trying to accommodate us but it's very difficult for them to fix a lot of the problems due to the fact that the property is basiclly worn out.

2. Food in the hotel was a bit hit and miss, breakfast was fairly good but evening time our order got mixed up due to a bit of English problems i think, however we also eat in the bar one evening and found service to be very good.
