1. Due to the time of year where we did not require heat or air conditioning so sometimes they can be rather noisy.

3. It's set on a street that is more residential than anything else which is good since you can rely on the noisy nighttime party crowd to be far away from your windows.

6. Room is shabby -- bed skirt ripped, water damage on ceiling, toilet seat flaking paint, toilet flusher only worked when held down for the entire flush, kitchen appliances old and fridge was noisy, etc.

Other things to note: small exercise room with one recumbent bike, stairmaster, and treadmill; close to Foggy Bottom metro (as you get out of Metro station take an immediate right turn through the GW campus, past the hospital; go one block more and turn right and you will see the hotel); noisy radiator in our studio room but fine in the one bedroom; large fluffy towels; Aveda products in bathroom; large robe and umbrella for use.
