1. There is no way they could steam clean the couches very often as they would always be wet and then the guests would complain about that.

2. I can't remember a hotel anywhere that provided such a great hot meal (meatloaf, mashed potato with gravy, steamed veggies, salad, bread and yes even draught beer and wine selections all complimentary.
