2. Free wifi was included, but there was nowhere (except the bathroom recepticle) to plug in our laptop, as all the other plug outlets have 2 prongs, and can't take a 3 prong plug.

3. A very gruff, monosyllabic check-in manager made no mention (let alone an apology, given that it was 100 degrees) of the pool being out-of-order - it was cloudy and the jacuzzi was empty and coned-off - and the WiFi password had to be prompted, rather than being proffered.
