5. the pool was tidy, the hot tub area only had the bubbler working the jets were out for repair but that was a very minor as the price was great under 60.00 a nite.

7. Friendly people, affordable prices and a western movies collection that is quite amazing (there are signed posters by actors and movies poster since 1939, for a western movie fan it's magic).
