4. I especially notice bathrooms and our bathroom was fine, no chipped or missing tile, clean, and everything worked; hot water etc. I would recommend this motel for its price and location.

7. The extra charge for the safe that is in the room isn't much, but you have no choice, why it isn't just included in the price of the room I don't know.
