1. The staff was exceptional, The managers of the breakfast/happy hour remembered us from 2 years ago - wow - It wasn't a five star and the breakfast and happy hour were the same every day, but the staff made our stay very personal.

There was confusion with the people whom I spoke to at Expedia regarding our special needs being met but we were grateful to the Manager at the Ramada Foothills Inn & Suites because she made it possible for us to get a beautiful "Handicapped" Suite with two queen sized beds for the same price as was quoted to us for a handicapped room.
