1. Plus the hotel adds a 'safe' fee which we asked them to remove, as we never used the safe.

2. To cap off a most unpleasant stay, the hotel automatically tacks a $2 fee onto the room rate for the use of the room safe, whether you use it or not, and with no advance notice.
