1. We especially appreciated the environmentally friendly bath products and free wireless internet (which was very fast).

2. Very tasteful and comfortable southwestern decor, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in with great linens, huge dressing area outside the bathroom, large bathroom with double bowl vanity and walk in shower, great storage space, FREE wireless internet and flat screen TV.

5. Where to start: the television audio only worked on about 1/4 of the channels, the AC or heat did not work (it kicked on for about 1 minute then inexplicably stopped so when I arrived the room was at 75 degrees and when I woke up it was 63), the wifi connection did not work, the cold water in the bathroom shower did not work without some major finesse (push the knob in as hard as you can then simultaneously twist and repeat), the bathroom itself had mildew at the shower and sink, and employees at the hotel laundry directly outside my room kept me up till 1045pm and woke me up at 715am.

7. The only things that were problems were that there was only one comfortable chair in the room in a space that could have accommodated a love seat or sofa, so the only way to sit and watch TV or read was to sit on the bed, and that the wireless internet was not strong enough for us to use it in our room.
"A lovely stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/28/2011 Vote
8. The only negative was that the wireless internet was a bit sketchy.
"Lots of character...well run! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/1/2011 Vote
9. Wireless internet is spotty in parts of the hotel where the walls are the original thick stucco walls.
"Would definately go back. " Read full review on Expedia   8/25/2010 Vote
10. Our next room's AC worked fine and was rather pleasant but the room did not have a refrigerator like shown to us over our reservations booking and on top of that we had trouble with our wireless connection.
