1. The pool area is almost perfect (if it had a view, rather than being enclosed, it would be perfect), replete with gushing waterfalls, wicker furniture and ample towels.

4. The only compliant we had was that one of the days there was no cleaning/maid service which was bizarre because when we left, right after breakfast, the maid was standing right outside our door, We called for towels when we got back after dinner and they came quickly, but it was disappointing.

9. When we walked into our room at 4:00 o'clock p.m., we found that they hadn't cleaned from the previous lodger, i.e. used glasses and coffee cups all around, dirty towels on the floor, etc. Then, the day we arrived, we tried to use the 'heated pool.
