1. My parents thanked room service - and again asked for a shower cap.

3. Went to hapy hour and the food was delicious however I couldnt say the same for the room service later on that evening most of the food was okay but the burgers were completely raw in the middle they were completely inedible, I did mention it to the front desk and she really seemed to acre less.

7. She also said the kitchen was really busy, and there was only one cook in the kitchen (so what, the plates were all basic- all egg based dishes- there were very few other patrons and only one apparent room service order went out).

8. Oh, let me digress momentarily, speaking of room service, our understanding was there was no room service at the hotel.
