2. We traveled to Arizona from the East Coast and preferred the Arizona location to the somewhat more convenient Lenox, MA one because of the total change of scene, which in itself is condusive to making lifestyle changes.

7. The problem with Canyon Ranch in my humble opinion is they have no incentive for returning guests like a reduced room rate or providing a guest with a room in a location they preferred.
