8. Food: although the kitchen prides itself on nutritious low-cal food, there was some obvious penny pinching in progress: the morning breakfast bar had cheap fruit such as low-nutrition melons and apples, if you wanted nutritious berries you had to know to ask for them (they are not on the menu).
