2. I'll never understand how a restaurant can be more than half empty and the person/people at the front desk look all over the reservation sheet as well as the dining room acting like they are trying to find a place to fit you in.

3. I think there are a lot of repeat guests like me who return to the ranch year after year without really noticing the shabby nature of the rooms, the disorganization of the front desk staff, nor the lack of interesting classes.
