2. At check-in on the lobby side, there was a person I took to be the evening manager who was welcoming and friendly; however the staff on the desk did not exhibit similar qualities, a smile goes a long way.

4. We were booked into the Parkview, owned by the same company, but the Parkview didn't have the 2 double beds we requested (sold out for the Syracuse/Georgetown basketball game) so the manager offered to put us up at the Genesee Grande.

5. I pased the General Manager at the door one day and she asked if I was enjoying my stay, how my accommodations were, and asked about my kids.

6. The general manager introduced herself to us when we were checking out and personally asked about our stay, how our room was, how we were treated.

7. Downside, I believe it may have been a Manager on duty that was elusive and should I say annoyed that I personally was amongst a Wedding Group that was assigned for the weekend.

8. When we asked to speak to a manager about the rude treatment we got from the front desk regarding the issues we had we were told we couldnt speak to the manager and given an email address to report any problems.
