1. On a recent stay in March of 2012 I was made to feel welcome while my check-in was handled quickly and professionally.

2. At check-in on the lobby side, there was a person I took to be the evening manager who was welcoming and friendly; however the staff on the desk did not exhibit similar qualities, a smile goes a long way.

3. We experienced a safe, comfortable, and quick shuttle to and from the airport, a painless check-in with help with our bags, great advice on local places to dine or shop, and help or directions on whatever else we needed.

5. I reserved a room with two beds the day before my visit but upon check-in I was told that the reservation agent said I hadn't been promised two beds and that if I wanted a larger room with two beds it would be an extra $50 plus tax.

8. At check-in, although the hotel appeared to be half-empty and there were normal rooms available, we were given a truly hideous room which was almost in the basement and its window was almost 1/2 covered with some form of outdoor construction.
