7. The next day`s housekeeper didn`t even begin to clean the room until after 2:00 p.m. I think she barely gave the room a once over, as the beds were sloppily made and there was still hair in the shower.

8. First, the bad news: the hair dryer is a little high to reach from a chair, and the roll-in showers have an absolutely impossible reach from the stool (requiring a bit of an acrobatic act) as well as no place to keep the shower head when using from a lower level.

10. lots of dust on the lamp shades, little kid handprints on the windows, thick sticky stuff on the telephone key pad, something gritty left in the microwave, mold on the shower curtain, etc. The first day`s housekeeper removed all of our soaps (one on wash basin and one in shower) and the shampoo and didn`t replace them.
