Now, the much lengthier good news: the room is overall quite roomy with plenty of space for a wheelchair, the staff is incredibly helpful from desk clerks to maintenance (Charlie is great) to housekeeping, breakfast in the morning is phenomenal (yes, they have waffles, too!), the pool and sauna are open late (no wheelchair lift) and the workout room requires a key from the desk, ensuring that the kids don't end up playing there.
