The $57 room rate(including tax) on the website jumped up to $65 Apparently they also charge some sort of mystery tax AND they said they put a $50 hold on my card when I booked the room and that wouldn't be taken off for a few days to a week, they couldn't apply that hold to my room rate so I ended up having to pay cash for my room.

4. I made my reservations with Ramada, who right off the bat told me the rate I saw online was no longer available (which was no doubt a load of bull they handed me to charge me more), but I liked the location, so I bit the bullet and went with it.

5. Yes it was my fault I forgot it but I can't believe that a big chain hotel couldn't afford to write off a shipping charge for a small phone cord in the name of customer service, it's really obnoxious.
