1. The first quibble was the existence of the tiny pillows that it seems the whole chain uses on their beds.

2. Instead of two large king pillows, we had 6 tiny pillows, and when we asked for regular pillows, the manager apologized and said that was what they were told they had to use, and found the same thing at another Choice Hotel we checked into after leaving here.
