1. Two queen beds in the bedroom (TV and phone), the sink is outside the bathroom, you can always wash your hands in the tub sink.

2. The living room had a pull out couch (didn't use it) small bar sink, coffee maker, fridge and microwave, plus counter space and a mirror, which I found convenient another area to do your hair etc. A blow dryer is attached to the vanity sink area outside the bathroom.
