2. My wife and I were celebrating my birthday and we chose to stay at the Quality Inn Valley Suites, We were met by the manager personally, although it was hard to tell who was running the place because everyone there treated us like they were the owner with their commitment and level of service.

3. Instead of two large king pillows, we had 6 tiny pillows, and when we asked for regular pillows, the manager apologized and said that was what they were told they had to use, and found the same thing at another Choice Hotel we checked into after leaving here.

4. Although we had only booked 4 individual rooms, the manager offered us a group rate at check-in, that was much appreciated.
