Pet friendly - walking distance or shuttle to Harbour eateries and Wharf area - small property - pool with towels,can order room service from restaurant next door-big park across street , nice harbour boardwalk pet friendly - easy friendly check in, free internet - $3 parking (ridiculous) stayed 1 night - 2 would have been better!central air/heating - no A/C (dont really need it) ceiling fan - motion act lights in room ie bathroom - frig.

4. You are a good walking distance from State Street so wear comfortable shoes when venturing out.

5. The motel is close to the wharf and boat launch so the location is good but there are many many motels in the area( along Bath street ) that are probably nicer and more quiet.

6. There is a park across the street which is nice for dog walking except for the homeless people in the park at all hours.

7. The heated swimming pool was right outside our door, and perhaps because we visited during the week in mid-fall, there was not much traffic and noise from the street.

When I went to check out the next day, monday, the only elevator was closed so they could paint somewhere on the first floor so I had to carry my luggage down the steps to my car and then drove to ther lobby, of course there was no where to park so I had to drive out onto the main street, find a place to turn around and park down the road from the hotel.
