1. We have had cards not work at check in, even after 2-3 new cards being issued.

2. Our email stated a 4pm check in we arrived at 4 pm after a very nice journey down the Big Sur to be met with a room I can only describe as the one they keep back for walk ins.

Pet friendly - walking distance or shuttle to Harbour eateries and Wharf area - small property - pool with towels,can order room service from restaurant next door-big park across street , nice harbour boardwalk pet friendly - easy friendly check in, free internet - $3 parking (ridiculous) stayed 1 night - 2 would have been better!central air/heating - no A/C (dont really need it) ceiling fan - motion act lights in room ie bathroom - frig.

6. we were able to get the early check in we requested which was great!we have stayed at all 3 best westerns and this hotel is the best location out of the 3 in Santa Barbara.

9. And they were sticklers about checking in no earlier than 3 (we got into SB about 1:30, and checked back twice more :D before 3P to check in).

10. All I did was check in at 3, head out at 4:15 for the wedding, then get back at 11:30 or so, crash out, then check out the next morning at 9A, so all I wanted was a nice clean room that I felt safe in -- and I got what I wanted.
