1. When I arrived, I checked in at the Hyatt and learned that I had full access to all of the amenities there: pool, gym, spa, restaurants, etc. Very unexpected, especially for the price.

2. Travelers must understand that this is not the Mar Monte, that the pool and spa are located a block away, and that some of the rooms don't have balconies.
