2. The check-in/out staff were very friendly and I even noticed they were extremely patient with the lady ahead of me during check-out who was asking some rather stupid questions.

8. First the check in with Bertha (WHO WAS EATING WHILE SHE WAS CHECKING ME IN while she was on a personal call ) She clearly did not know what she was doing, when rex came out to help he tried to balm me.

9. 'Can't say anything about service since our room was located near one of the other entrances so we only saw the staff during check-in and check-out.
