1. I asked what they can do for us to compensate for this drama and they told us we'd get a free breakfast the next day and a fridge/ microwave ( both were nice gestures, although it took 3 calls to actually get that, and the man who brought them finally, didn't have a splitter available, so microwave had to end up on the floor.
