1. Half of the valets were great; a few were grumpy (consistently) and two were outright rude.

6. We truly appreciated that, we also loved the hospitality from the valet service, they were timely and so nice, ( I believe they were Lorenzo, and Darion?) Either way, they were so friendly.

10. We pulled up in our rental car and the parking options were either valet (w/in and out privileges), nearby garages or street parking, so we did the valet option--no complaints there.
