1. and just let me start by saying the young Guy at the desk who checked us in was very, very nice, helpful, Respectful and even upgraded us to a suite, We were coming back from a 4 Day Cruise to Mexico and wanted to stay in Old Town San Diego for a fifth night before flying back home to Northern Calif.

2. I did look at this property online before booking and it seemed fine, however, Interstate 5 runs right behind the Property and even though we requested a room facing the front, we could still hear the noise all night long, in addition to that we were on aRomantic Trip and realized shortly after we got there that this is a very nice property for Business Executive`s, not Romance, our suite even had a conference table!like I said very nice property for Business Executive`s, nice business room`s & suite`s, but not for quite Romantic evening`s.

3. We were upgraded to a suite which was a slightly strange one (window out to enclosed patio - could not see out or get out that way) and two pictures had been taken off the wall leaving holes.

5. The room was very clean and comfortable - we had two double/queen beds, a small refrigerator, television, and free wifi; the bathroom suited us well (I was traveling with my sons) - the sink and vanity area were separated from the toilet and shower room.

6. Our room was a king suite, on the 3rd floor, one window facing the pool and one window facing the side street toward Old Town.
