1. Our room was in the back building (#3), which was very quiet with absolutely no street noise.

4. The main highways (HWY 5 and HWY 8) were right outside the main street that the hotel was on, so getting on and off was a breeze.

9. First, the problems others mention--the 'nudie bars' are NOT right across the street, they are a good block away with other establishments/businesses in between and I was never influenced by that area or the people who went in/out of those establishments.

10. There are 2 major streets (Rosecrans & Camino del Rey) paralelling this property, from either one--just take Hancock (one way) into the property and Kurtz (one way out) away from the property, no problems at all.
