1. The lobby and outdoor courtyard are especially attractive, the beds were very comfortable, and hot breakfast bar was outstanding.

5. Smart management- the tables and coffee station overflowed into the huge lobby allowing ample seating, there's a juice/ice water/hot cocoa station, then around the corner in the breakfast room was the counter for hot & cold items, on the far end was the fruit bar.

6. Also, neighborhood is straight ghetto with two nudie bars within a block, as well as transients hanging outside of the rear parking lot either in RVs, on their bikes, or in the dumpsters.
