1. I called them at 7am on a Saturday (presumably a time when the shuttle wasn't probably too busy)- it was POURING rain actually- and I just called to 'inquire' if there were anyway that the shuttle could come around to the back- about 100 feet- but given my suit + suitcase etc it would have made a big difference given the rain.

6. Doors had working locks and felt safe (yes, there was a _tiny_ gap at the bottom of door, but I'd attribute this to the building settling over the years - and the door frames followed suit).

7. I'm not sure what the qualification between Days Inn & Suites and Hotel is exactly, up till we got there, I had no idea they were affialiated at all, but there were hints all over - similar logo, actualy pamphlets of Days Inn lurking about, etc..
