1. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk manager, ALEX, he was a perfect gentleman and was as courteous as any front desk person I have ever encountered.

6. It was around six or so in the evening and the manager was very understanding and gave us half off of our rooms We would definately stay at this hotel again and highly reccomend it.

10. After a lot of discussion (yes, we were angry) the manager told me he could have us arrested since San Diego has a parking lot patrol and they could give me a ticket for the way I had parked my car (MIND YOU THE CAR HAD BEEN THERE FOR TWO DAYS).
