1. The location is great, right in the downtown area, perfect location to walk everywhere.

6. Leave the car behind and simply cross the street to eat at the great local restaurants: Japanese, Indian, Italian, Diner, Afghan, Lebanese, etc. etc. Hillcrest is a great area that`s close to downtown and everything else.
