The front desk staff was very cheerful, the continental breakfast room staff was also friendly, but the real test was when our daughter had an accident in the bathtub during a bath and when we phoned to get cleaner to clean it up, we got a very quick response (although no offer to clean it up themselves which I wouldn`t have expected :).
