1. A third time I was able to prepay for parking at the front desk - even when they installed a new parking pay machine in the lobby.

5. I stayed here last July and came back for a conference and so impressed as the employees at the parking and front desk recognized me and welcomed me back with a big smile so even I am tired from my flight but with the warm welcome I received from the hotel made my day.

6. The little amenities they used to offer such as the refreshing fruit-filled water, free parking, kiosks to print boarding passes, and the free seafood appetizers were what made the hotel stand out from the others for me.
