With so many wonderful boutique hotels nearby in the Gaslight and Little Italy at far less cost, down the street to the far better Hilton and Hyatt for about the same price, or at Harbor Island's Sheraton and Hilton, this dump would be the last choice I would recommend to a friend and maybe not even to an enemy.

3. Location is great, a short walk to a nice mall (includes a Norstrom and Maceys) up the street for some quick shopping and also to the Gaslamp area for good dining.

5. The front desk at the hotel had me go to Suki as they did not have spa services available there is also a spa accross the street I have to believe Suki is by far the best.

6. as one of the older hotels in this area you can surely do better at the Omni (fab and great service) or the Hilton (nice, newer and right across the street from the convention center).
