1. Valet parking was $28/day, while somewhat pricey, was very convenient and I was able to come and go as I pleased without worrying about street parking.

7. We were unfortunate to be staying on St Patrick's day, so the all-afternoon-and-night street concert right below us (along with construction and de-construction of the stage) was a real pain after a day at work.

10. Lots of stores, theaters, etc. Even though there are lots of homeless people on the streets we were never bothered by any of them.
