1. The manager was extremely helpful in getting us into the room earlier than check in time, and accommodated us by holding our baggage so we could walk around and start seeing the city.

3. It was absolutely disgusting and the hotel staff nor the general manager did anything about it: they didn`t investigate AT ALL and didn`t take responsibility at all for allowing some creep to wonder around and gain access to people`s rooms and do this.

4. After the check out I called and spoke with the manager explainig what happend that either its HAUNTED or it has Serious ELETRICAL problems and all the inconvinience, she responded that I must be wrong because other people stayed there and had no complains and that they wouldnt do anything for us.
