5. Furniture was scratched, I could see pins sticking out of the curtains near the ceiling, the TV remote buttons stuck, and the shower lost water pressure in the middle of a shower.

6. We did have issues with the bathroom - the faucet to the sink was loose and the shower leaked continuosly - but once we mentioned this to the front desk while checking out, the front desk clerk was clearly horrified and I'm sure it was correctly quickly.
