4. The lines were long but at least this hotel offers this service and the free drinks in the afternoon to offset their otherwise shoddy service.

5. The customer service was excellent- however, our room smelled moldy and dirty and looked like it was a storage unit for excess furniture during the renovation, our tv in the bedroom was shoved off to the side on a 2nd entertainment center because it didn't fit in what I am assuming to be the original one for the room.

6. I travel to San Diego once a month on Business and I have stayed at most Hotels in the area but the level of service cleanliness of the rooms and the Embassy Suites San Diego staff keeps me comingf back every month I don't book my stays anywhere else.
