5. I went into the bar and asked for a couple of cups of ice water and they were happy to give it to me and even helped with the door going back out to the pool.

6. Does have a lot of convention/business work so sometimes seems a bit overloaded at the hotel (lobby and bar areas) but overall quite quiet and relaxing.
